Job Description

We are Reckitt?Human Resources?About the roleScope of Responsibilities:

  • Support process excellence initiatives and drive improvement projects in a complex and fast paced environment.
  • Responsible to lead technology-based business improvement processes and strategies.
  • Identifying improvement opportunities to infuse efficiency and effectiveness into business processes through process standardization, optimization, digitization, leveraging Lean concepts and RPA technology.
  • Deliver metrics dashboard and ensure governance for Quality/ Process Excellence initiatives for Hire to Retire ? leveraging RCA, FMEA, SIPOC, SOPs, SLA adherence.
  • Drive a culture of process improvement using tools like Six Sigma, Lean and Kaizen.
  • Drive best practices and ensure strict process and data privacy, GDPR compliance.
  • Leading Resource Management, data Insights & Business Analytics.
  • Coach and train teams in the utilization and deployment of Six Sigma tools and other principles, including Lean and RPA.
  • Act as a coach/mentor for projects to deliver desired project outcomes.
  • Foster dialog across diverse teams to solve problems jointly, providing balanced strategic views and expert knowledge to aid decision-making.
  • Support the delivery of ongoing HR Transformation journey, fostering continuous improvement relevant technology/ digital development.
People/Change Culture/Stakeholder Management
  • Promoting strong leadership behaviours in all actions, acting in a transparent and appropriate manner in dealings with stakeholders and members of the organisation
  • Leading, motivating, and coaching the teams to ensure high performance.
  • Set and continually manage expectations while delegating and managing deliverable with team members and stakeholders.
  • Identifying, addressing, and resolving differences between individuals and/or interest groups
  • Builds strong relationships with business stakeholders.
  • Empowering and inspiring others to deliver operational excellence and holding each team in the project to account for their delivery.
Profile
  • 6-10 years overall experience.
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt Certification is mandatory.
  • Proven expertise in leading large-scale transformation Six Sigma Lean projects involving process reengineering, analytics, automation etc.
  • Good knowledge in RPA lifecycle is added advantage.ÿ
  • Experience in implementing & mentoring projects, managing project lifecycle, process Controls, audits, and standardization & automation at global level.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interpret and present complex information & presentation to stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
  • Able to deal with ambiguity and change and thus show resilience.
