Role & Responsibilities:As part of a multi-functional development team, major responsibility will include Project Management for the Temperature Control team.Lead medium to high complexity projects for Sustenance EngineeringCollaborate with extended team to facilitate execution and implementation of Revenue attainment (Obsolescence) and Quality projectsHandle technical execution on medium complexity projects independently and complex projects with mentorship.Mentor associates on core skills and standard processesSkills and Proficiencies:This role is a professional member of a Global execution Team. The individual is hands-on Project Manager in Electrical / Electronic engineering domain who is motivated & technically proficient in Product Life Cycle Management.Leads project execution of multiple projects simultaneously with focus on quality of work.Ability to strategically collaborate with global multifunction team on essentials of execution.Ensures system level functionality, performance, safety and quality in line with the company product development process.Ensures that assigned projects are delivered on-time, to specification, and at or below target cost by elaborate engineering plans, including quality, cost, schedule, and risk assessment.Apply engineering knowledge to assist team in its Risk Mitigation strategy and steer to resolve intricate design challenges.Proficiency in Electrical Engineering Principles and network analysis of systemIndependently build and complete work breakdown structure (WBS) of project executionPrepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.Critical Thinking, ability to comprehend the situation/ Problem, Bring up on timeHandled 3 or more projects with end to end Product development experience.Detailed understanding of Obsolescence management. Design for Adaptability (DFR. DFSS, DFT & DFM)Coordinate effectively with the Labs to perform the testing & technical executionWork independently multi-functional teams to understand customer requirement, participate in system / subsystem design review.Lead finalization of electrical design requirements by collaborating / reviewing with systems & global engineering teams.Build and develop concepts, trade off analysis. Component selection and suggest alternate components based on cost, function, performance and DFX.Conceptualize/ build / conduct & create test records as per test plans (including functional and regulatory test cases)Critically review failures & build root cause analysis on design issues and provide design solutions.Build design documents & artifacts as per design process like electrical budgeting for a product independently.Technically capable of independently performing logic design, design modeling, simulation and predictive analysis considering performance parameters. Implement the design optimization and confirmation to requirements by using these analyses with mentorship.Understanding of Digital, analog systems and Integrated Circuits.Minimum Qualification

• Master?s or bachelor?s degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering with 8+ years of proven experience in relevant industry
• PMP Certification is helpful!
• Project execution experience and technical hands on for electrical /electromechanical components. (Transformers, Circuit breakers, Motors, Controllers, 1Phase and 3Phase systems, Contactors, Relays, PCBAs etc.)
• Design to Standard & Certification (IEC 61010, UL471, others etc)
• Understanding for EMI/EMC and other regulatory requirements, testing and fixing issues to meet the requirements
• Understanding of PID algorithms and tuning- (Optional)
• Must have good interpersonal skills to work globally and across functions
• Evident passion, adaptability, initiative, creativity, ownership, and problem-solving skills
