• Driving scrum teams and their cadence -ÿ daily stand ups, backlog grooming/prioritisation, open/close, retrospection.
• Showcasing and discussing the health of the projects with client managers using burn up/burn down charts.
• Coordinating with release management teams for release planning and dependencies.
• Managing team dependencies with external teams
• Budget and cost management analysis at program level and sprint level.
• Tracks and ensures visibility of historical team metrics and progress of the iteration and release.
• Emphasises the need for incremental releases, iterative work and prioritisation by value and risk.ÿ
• Assists with internal and external communication by transparently radiating information.ÿ
• Proactively identifies and removes blockers, limits work in progress and prevents distractions.ÿ
• Facilitates frequent retrospectives, sharing metrics to identify and implement improvements.ÿ

What You Know

• A minimum of 10+ years of proven professional experience is required.
• Proven experience in project management and software development.
• Good working knowledge of project estimation techniques.
• Excellent technical knowledge.
• Good leadership, decision-making, and organization skills.
• Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
• Identifies, creates and defends opportunities for expediting feedback throughout the iteration.
• Participates proactively in developing and maintaining team standards, tools, and best practices.
• Creating a project budget and ensuring the project adheres to the budget as closely as possible.
• Tracking milestones, deliverables, and change requests.
• Serving as a liaison to communicate information regarding changes, milestones reached, and other pertinent information.
• Delivering completed software products to clients and performing regular checks on the products performance.
• Should have a strong technical working experienceÿ
• Very good proven experience on project estimations

Education

• A bachelors degree in information technology, software development management, software engineering, computer science, or a related field.
