Develop, deploy and support infrastructures, applications and technology initiatives from an architectural and operational perspective in conjunction with existing standards and methods of delivery.Must have skills : Azure VMware SolutionGood to have skills : Linux OperationsMinimum 3 year(s) of experience is requiredEducational Qualification : Bachelors degree in Engineering in Computer Science Computer Engineering Information TechnologySummary: As an Azure VMware Solution Support Practitioner, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and governance of systems, deploying and supporting infrastructures, applications, and technology initiatives from an architectural and operational perspective. Your typical day will involve providing technical support for Azure VMware Solution and Linux Operations, ensuring adherence to best practices and existing standards. Roles & Responsibilities: Manage and support Azure cloud and Azure Stack HCI infrastructure.ƒ?› Ensure high availability and uptime of cloud-based services and applications.ƒ?› Troubleshooting and resolving issues reported by monitoring systems and submitted through the ticketing system of fully documented issues, actions taken, and steps for resolutionƒ?› Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively.ƒ?› Work closely with the application teams and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth deployment and operation of cloud-based services and applications.ƒ?› Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools to streamline cloud operations.ƒ?› Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and incidents.ƒ?› Implement and maintain cloud security best practices.ƒ?› Document processes, procedures, and troubleshooting guides for cloud-based systems and applications.ƒ?› Performing operating system and software application installation, patching, and upgrades.ƒ?› Good knowledge on Windows/Linux OS, Networking and Internet Protocols, DevOps and Containerization, Virtualization, Cloud Service Providers, Security and Recovery, Web Services and API. Professional & Technical Skills: ƒ?› Solid understanding of Linux and Windows operating systems.ƒ?› Experience in ITSM processes, particularly incident and change management.ƒ?› Experience with automation tools and scripting languages like PowerShell, Python, or Bash.ƒ?› Strong communication and collaboration skills.
