Job Description

  • Set plans to achieve sales targets (value and volume) by Principal and marketing group, based on channel share of overall sales target through regular visits to the outlets.
  • Achieve the monthly collection target with no outstanding amounts beyond the agreed periods as per the company collection policy to contribute to the targeted cashflow percentage.
  • Provide reconciliation reports every 6 months or as company policy in addition to that annual reconciliation to be submitted on time with correct most up to date figures.
  • Execute a full scan to own area to identify area size and potential in terms of customers, with clear customer classification.
  • Prepare coverage plan for customers and achieve distribution target by customer; plan should include visit frequency and Journey Plan with objectives to manage and measure effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with the Merchandising Supervisor and the Store Manager on the merchandisers coverage plan and priorities to ensure high productivity and coordination.
  • Implement 100% of signed contracts with customers on physical spaces, display areas, deductions (rebates, commission, rentals) to ensure full utilization of our investment with customers and achieve our KPIs.
  • Participate in the contract preparation by giving feedback on what worked and what didnt, proposing ideas on how to achieve better value vs. previous period, in order to improve our plans and execution in the market.
  • Develop business with customers by offering new and existing products. in order to improve our On-Shelf Availability (OSA).
  • Build and maintain relationship with account outlets through regular visits, follow-up, and exceptional customer service.
  • Monitor and audit customers? stock level, to ensure proper replenishment to the account.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse to ensure the delivery is within agreed timeframe and SLA.
  • Implement initiatives management for all Principals through the annual promotion calendar.ÿ
