Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Islamic Teacher for Middle & High School students to join our faculty. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable about Islamic studies, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment.Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and deliver engaging and culturally relevant lessons on Islamic studies to students from diverse backgrounds and grade levels.
  2. Create instructional materials, resources, and assessments aligned with curriculum standards and learning objectives.
  3. Foster critical thinking, inquiry, and ethical reasoning skills through interactive and collaborative learning activities.
  4. Provide guidance and support to students in understanding Islamic principles, values, and practices.
  5. Incorporate technology and multimedia resources to enhance teaching and learning experiences.
  6. Collaborate with colleagues to integrate Islamic studies across the curriculum and promote cross-cultural understanding.
  7. Establish positive relationships with students, parents, and the broader school community through effective communication and collaboration.
  8. Participate in professional development opportunities to stay updated on best practices in Islamic education and pedagogy.
Qualifications:?
  1. Bachelors degree in Islamic studies, education, or a related field.
  2. Certification in teaching Islamic studies or equivalent credentials.
  3. Experience teaching Islamic studies in Middle School & High School.
  4. Deep understanding of Islamic theology, history, ethics, and culture.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students.
  7. Commitment to fostering a respectful and inclusive learning environment.
  8. Proficiency in English language (spoken and written).
