Job Description

General˙

  • Establish and cultivate professional relationships with key external entities including regulators, courts, and legal research firms.˙
  • Stay updated with new regulations or changes to existing regulations that could affect the Company and inform the management to ensure compliance.˙
Legal˙
  • Assist in preparing legal correspondence and other crucial documents for attorneys.˙
  • Help in organizing and maintaining documents in an electronic filing system.˙
  • Attend meetings with attorneys and other professionals to discuss case details.˙
  • Assist in investigating case facts and laws, and conducting public record searches to prepare cases and determine causes of action.˙
  • Support senior legal officers in representing the company in judicial and administrative proceedings.˙
  • Assist in providing researched legal opinions to the Company?s Business Units to meet their operational requirements.˙
