OT Systems Engineer - Cybersecurity ConcentrationOT Systems Engineer ? Cybersecurity ConcentrationDEPARTMENTManufacturing -We make various plastic products from the SABIC portfolio on our factory site. We produce LEXAN? resin (polycarbonate), CYCOLOY? resin, NORYL?, resin, VALOX? resin, XENOY? resin and XYLEXT? resin in the form of beads. We process LEXAN? resin and ULTEMT? resin as sheet and film material. Read more about this in the product range. Our location has eight factories for the production of plastics and a technology and innovation department. The chemical factories make the raw materials for our compounding factories. The compounding factories make our end product; plastic granules. In our Specialty Film and Sheet factory we make plates and films by means of extrusion. There is a whole operation behind the supply of the raw materials to the delivery of the plastics to the customers. Our 200-hectare factory site is located on the Theodorushaven business park in Bergen op Zoom. We have our own port, where we receive a large part of our raw materials by boat. You will find an excellent infrastructure on our site, including its own energy supply. In Bergen op Zoom we take care of the orders for the whole of Europe and we schedule them for production.JOB PURPOSE & RESPONSIBILITIES* Maintain Site Cybersecurity Controls * Implementation of Cybersecurity Policy Requirements * Cybersecurity Reporting and Periodical ReviewAdditional Responsibilities:* Ability to influence SABIC Europe and Global Partner(s) * Ability to work and influence in multi-cultural, diverse Global Community whilst aligning with local and global policy and legal directives * Strong Entrepreneurial and Business Acumen working cross business and function(s) * Configure, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot Control & Automation System Infrastructure (e.g. cybersecurity controls, backups, networks, and systems maintenance). * Ensure site compliance to applicable cyber security and systems infrastructure requirements and standards such as SABIC Engineering Standards (SES), OMS Standards and Cyber Security Policies, SABIC Manufacturing Standers (SMS). * Develop and maintain technical documents related to cyber security and systems infrastructure such as Architecture, Network IP Schema, Procedures and Guidelines. * Analyzes and assess vulnerabilities in the infrastructure (e.g. software, hardware, networks), ensure effectiveness of available tools and countermeasures to remedy the detected vulnerabilities and recommends solutions and best practices. * Investigate, analyze and report damages in the data and systems infrastructure due to cyber security incidents or other failures. * Maintain and ensure the effectiveness of disaster recovery plans (e.g. tools, procedure, and processes). * Review and optimize project design and engineering procedures related to cyber security, networks, and systems infrastructure of industrial automation and control systems. * Report Cyber Security and Systems Infrastructure status.MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS* Bachelor and/or Master?s Degree or Equivalent in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Control Systems or other Engineering Discipline and/or related Degree of study * Excellent Conceptual, Communication and Analytical Skills * Fluency (both written and Oral) in English (Dutch would be a bonus) * Minimum of 5 years? experience in Industrial Automation and Control Systems, computer networks and communications. * Excellent knowledge of Operating systems, servers? maintenance, and database administrations * In depth knowledge of interconnecting Business Units and Functions across Industry * Excellent presentation and network skills * Proficiency in IT/various connecting IT systems such as Office, SAP, reporting, etc * Experience with working in multi cultural and diverse environment and influencing and engaging at various stakeholder(s) levels Location: Bergen op Zoom, The Netherlands Travel: 25% (regionally)FURTHER INFORMATIONPlease apply online by sending us your CV and motivation letter in English.
