Service Workshop Operations

Ensure quality of work through the proper use of tools, testing devices and workshop facilities
Optimize use of work bays in the workshop
Provide expert guidance and support for technicians in the diagnosis of difficult repairs
Organize order management according to technician qualifications in coordination with Service Advisors
Organize parts supply for technicians
Monitor quality and punctuality of all repair/maintenance work ordered from external service providers
Implement internal quality measures and processes for corrective action when required
Contribute in the annual service budget preparation.
Monitor WIPs and CITs.
Produce and submit regular reports on the branchs performance and areas of improvement.

Service Workshop Health and Safety

Ensure proper handling and storage of waste products and materials in accordance with waste disposal regulations
Monitor adherence to environmental protection regulations
Ensure that the workshop is well organized and cleanliness standards are maintained
Ensure compliance with all safety and accident preventions regulations

Staff Management

Carries out managerial responsibilities in accordance with Company policies and procedures
Ensure efficient information flow to all productive staff
Manage, instruct and motivate workshop staff; appraises employees; provide continuous feedback on performance
Provides mentoring, counseling and discipline as required
