Job Description

Job Purpose: Act as sustainability champion by representing and promoting DP World?s and SDG sustainability strategy, approach and supporting for change. While demonstrating the philosophy and implementation of sustainability across the business, embedding, and facilitating change that support the sustainability activities within the organization including developing sustainability programs.Key Accountabilities: úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿDevelop, implement, and monitor sustainability KPIs/Scorecard

  • Organizing all activities/initiatives in DP World KSA, and handleÿstakeholder engagement.
  • Developing and implementing initiatives around the Our World Our Future focus areas.
úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿEnsure effective communication and management methods are in place to communicate Community activities in coordination with the Regional Communication.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿOverseeing business unit input to the community system (for Regional S&I champions)
  • Work closely with Business Management, People Department, HSE, Procurement, Commercial and other relevant functions for the business priorities areas defined in the Global Sustainability Strategy.
úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿAttend sustainability Champion Network calls, andÿact as business unit sustainability focal point.ÿ
  • Share best practices with BU?s, departments, regions, and the global sustainability team.
  • Communicate and inspire DP World KSA employees to get involved in sustainability ? through activities, meetings, seminars etc.
  • Recognize and celebrate good initiatives, practices, and engagement.ÿ
úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿRepresent DP World KSA externally at sustainability events, andÿInput data to the community system
  • Liaise with regional Communication to develop sustainability marketing material, for example, posters, fact sheets, videos.
  • Develop appropriate monitoring processes to report progress against the sustainability plan.
úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿImplement global sustainability & impact approach and business priorities in collaboration with other key areas within the company.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿCoordinate, and deliver flagship sustainability programmes in the region eg. Global Volunteer Week, D&I Month
  • Coordinate with HSE, Engineering to align, support and implement Sustainability activities and strategy
