BIM EngineerQualifications:? Bachelor?s degree in or a related field.? Minimum of 7 years of experience in BIM coordination, with a strong focus on architecture.? Proficient in Rhino, Dynamo, Grasshopper, AutoCAD, Bentley, Aveva, Intergraph, Revit and other relevant software for parametric modeling and generative design.? Extensive knowledge of BIM processes, workflows and standards, with experience in BIM 360.? Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.? Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.? Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and resolve design clashes and issues.? Willingness to learn and adapt to new software and technologies as needed.? Experience in Solibri and Cost X, and 5D cost estimation BIM uses and BOQ generation from BIM models is a plus.?
