Job Description

The PositionJOB ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Overall responsible for distribution function
  • Keep Close liaison with 3PL and direct customers for arranging on time deliveries and follow-up for the receivables
  • Process invoicing, credit notes, inventory adjustments, FOC execution, inventory write-off for direct customers
  • Respond various queries of the customers (Quotations , Authority letters, other miscellaneous)
  • Liaison with RSS for various SAP activities (Customer Master, receivables etc.)
  • Work in a team with QA, related to QA Audit of 3PL,Cold chain, mock recall etc.
  • Perform cycle count, physical count and ensure reconciled inventory.
  • Responsible for monthly closing activities which includes but not limited to (Accurals,In Market discount postings etc)
  • Work in a pool together with Business Support Associate (Inbound) on the following activities.
  • Responsible for reviewing tender enquiry received from Business and service provider& ensure ontime dispatching of tender documents well before its deadline
  • Prepare and arrange required documents for tender from Regulatory, QA, Supply Chain, Finance and Imports
  • Keep track of Bid / Performance Securities and ensure recovery after completion of tender supplies˙
  • Support and followup with the Distributors for the finalization and timely submission of tenders being processed thru them.
  • Deputize Business Support Associate-Inbound in his absence
  • Ensure adherence to the SOPs, initiate renewal or updation when required as per business need.
  • Ensure strict compliance of all Government rules and regulations and company?s policies and procedures.
  • Responsible to report incident/ accident immediately to SHE department. Attend/ complete all requisite on-line and F2F trainings (Role specific, Safety Responsibility and Compliance) within specified time limit to ensure the learning outcome after the training has been implemented.
  • Identifies, collects and immediately reports all safety related information on Roche products to Local Safety Responsible as per Roche requirements and local regulations
  • Responsible to own the SHE goals as individual goals and play his/her part to achieve the goal in line with strategies action plan.
  • Responsible for maintenance of records (electronic and physical) as per the Local CoreMap policy.
JOB SPECIFICATIONEDUCATION
  • Graduate in Business Administration or˙ Industrial Engineering. MBA in Supply Chain is preferred
EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant supply chain, overall 5 years of pharma industry experience.
  • Deep understanding of import and export policy, Customs and DRAP regulations.
  • Deep understanding of Tenders , PPRA rules and Drug Act 1976 (DRAP)
  • Good understanding and hands-on experience on SAP.
