Coordination activities with Procurement, Production, Inventory Control, Distribution, and transportation.
Supervising the local and import Procurement Team in the initiation of every month to overview the stock position and ordering placement status for upcoming months.
Follow up on a regular basis with the Dispatch Department on the compliance status of each customer.
Follow up with the Receiving Department to have an overview on compliance status of each local vendor.
Assist logistics process for the inventory maintenance, manufacturing, shipment and delivery, and returns on products.
Build relationships within the company and with external parties, such as suppliers or distributors.
Assisting warehouse team to establish warehouse practices and protocols to achieve an efficient warehouse system.
Determining and implementing methods w.r.t. to cutting cost, controlling and replenishment of inventory.
