Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing and Business Development Manager to join our team in Khobar, Saudi Arabia. As a Recruitment Agency, we are looking for someone who can drive our marketing and business development efforts to attract top-tier clients and expand our reach in the market. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing and business development, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth.Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to generate leads and attract potential clients.
  2. Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with key decision-makers.
  3. Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional marketing.
  4. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the recruitment industry.
  5. Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and support their efforts in closing deals.
