Procurement & Logistics CoordinatorDescriptions :? Knowledge in Overseeing all Procurement and Logistic operations.? Organizing and managing transportation locally and internationally.? Analyzing and optimizing logistical procedures locally and internationally.? Reviewing, preparing, and routing purchase orders.? Monitor quality, quantity, delivery time and transport costs.? Ensuring the safe and timely pick-up and delivery of shipments.? Monitoring shipments, costs, timelines, and productivity.? Addressing and resolving shipment issues.? Liaising and negotiating with suppliers and forwarding companies.? Plan and coordinate logistics operations liaising with Sales Department, Warehouse Department, Services Department.? Produce logistical schedules and reports and communicate updates and any concerns with relevant departments (Sales Department, Warehouse Department, Services Department.)? Update and report on delivery levels and dispatch requirements.? Make recommendation in relation to optimal transport modes, routes or frequency.? Assist in the selection of carriers/suppliers and keep all appropriate documentation and service level agreements.? Ensure carrier/forwarder compliance with company policies or procedures for product transit or delivery.? Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports or exports or customer issues and refer to manager if and when required.? Review opportunities for saving by removing waste or unnecessary steps in the logistics process.? Act as contact point for the suppliers and service suppliers on all logistic and delivery matters and carry out any administration required.? Provide reports to Sales Department, Warhouse Department and Service Department outlining issues such as tracking, delivery time, costs, etc.? Knowledge in Processing of SABER PCOC and SCOC.? Liaising with local customer broker for shipment under clearance.Eligibility:?Need Experienced.?? Location : Khobar
