Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Khobar, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the companys staffing needs. The Recruitment Specialist will work closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. This role requires a strong understanding of the recruitment process, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
  2. Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
  3. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
  4. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
  5. Conduct reference checks and background checks on selected candidates
  6. Extend job offers and negotiate salary and benefits packages
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and job posting information in the applicant tracking system
  8. Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruitment agencies
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment
  10. Participate in recruitment events and job fairs to promote the company as an employer of choice
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  2. Proven work experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role
  3. Knowledge of recruitment best practices and labor laws
  4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  5. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  6. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  8. Proficient in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
  9. Fluency in English and Arabic
  10. Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
  11. Hrdf experience is a plus
