About the OpportunityWe are on the lookout for a UI/UX Designer with a keen eye for design and expert-level HTML/CSS skills to join our forward-thinking team. In this role, youll bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation, playing a key role in both the visual conception and the live implementation of new applications and features. Your responsibility extends beyond mere aesthetics; youll be the architect of intuitive user experiences and ensure accessible, responsive front-end design.Role Responsibilities?Lead the design of user interfaces for web and mobile applications, focusing on optimizing user engagement through intuitive and compelling designs.?Convert UI/UX design wireframes to actual code that will produce visual elements of the application, ensuring a seamless translation from concept to execution.?Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.?Create and maintain digital assets, such as interface design files, wireframes, and interactive mockups using design and prototyping tools.?Write high-quality HTML/CSS code with responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility in mind.?Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to enhance the usability of the product.?Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards across the organization.?Stay abreast of the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies, infusing them into our design practices to enhance user satisfaction.
