This role plays a critical part in driving manufacturing excellence by working with other team members globally to ensure high standards in plant performance. They also ensure operations discipline compliance and drive operational integrity maturity to the highest standards, utilizing state-of-the-art models and tools for operating petrochemical facilities globally, guided by manufacturing strategy plans.Furthermore, the Asset Operation Engineer delivers knowledge sharing through specialized training programs to enhance the knowledge of site frontlines personnel. They retain operational knowledge by embedding learnings in relevant systems and supporting different assessment types. Technical support is extended globally to assure agility in handling critical cases and burning platforms. The Asset Operation Engineer provides expertise for critical RCAs, cold eye reviews, and other relevant processes.Above all, they provide overarching support to the execution of manufacturing strategy objectives related to operations. This includes areas of expertise such as EHSS, reliable asset utilization, and operational cost optimization across all This Company sites globally.
