Job Description

  3. Social Media Mastery: Craft and execute dynamic social media strategies that engage audiences and amplify brand messages. This includes content creation, platform management, and trend analysis to keep the agency and its clients at the forefront of digital trends.
  4. Client Relationship Management: Foster strong, lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs deeply and delivering beyond expectations. Your ability to communicate effectively and your passion for building success stories will be key in guiding and nurturing client relationships.
  5. Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities during client interactions, expanding the agencys portfolio and contributing to its growth and success.
  6. Execution Excellence: Oversee the logistical and operational aspects of executing photoshoots, events, and activations, ensuring each project is delivered with high quality and impact.
Qualifications:
  • Proven Account Management: Demonstrated experience in managing client accounts within the advertising, media, or creative industry, with a portfolio of successful projects.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to articulate ideas and strategies, fostering strong relationships with clients and team members alike, mirroring your own communication skills.
  • Creative Insight: A keen eye for creative excellence and storytelling, able to contribute to and elevate creative discussions and outputs.
  • Strategic Thinker: Ability to think strategically about brand positioning, campaign objectives, and market dynamics, aligning with your strategic involvement in campaigns.
