Assist in developing and maintaining effective compliance program and practices.
Provide support as instructed by the manager in the continuous compliance in respect of the reporting and regulatory requirements of the concerned regulators and institutions, including but not limited to CMA,Boursa and MOCI.
Create detailed periodic reports.
Assist in the organization of AGMs & EGMs.
Assist in the announcement of financial results to Boursa and CMA.
