Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • E-commerce Marketing:
  • Develop and execute e-commerce marketing strategies to drive online sales and revenue growth.

  • Respond to customer inquiries and engage with followers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Email Marketing:
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement, retention, and sales.
  • Create and design email newsletters and promotional materials.
  • Monitor email marketing performance and make data-driven improvements.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to e-commerce sales, website traffic, and social media engagement.
  • Use data insights to make informed marketing decisions and improve strategies.
  • Competitor Analysis:
  • Stay informed about industry and market trends.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the marketing team, designers, and content creators to ensure a cohesive and effective marketing strategy.
