The Role:By greeting guests warmly and sharing with them the descriptions of the many dessert and pastry selections, you will ensure each guest has a memorable dining experience. This will be a store-based opportunity.Qualifications & Requirements:Requirements :-- Minimum 3 years of experience as a baker.- Intermediate to advanced English reading and communication skills.- Excellent customer service skills.- Able to work positively and quickly in a fast-paced, team environment and within a confined area.- Willing to stand for extended periods of time.- Hands-on experience with French, Italian and European pastries.- Experience in managing a team of 20 people.
