Job Description

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team in Kuwait.The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in Graphic design and arts.As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for graphic designing and creation of content˙This is a great opportunity for someone creative, detail-oriented, and has strong communication in Arabic & English.Manage digital and print-out design for marketing activities and ensure high-quality graphics content based on SOPs and brand guidelines.˙Responsibilities:

  1. Work on graphic designing and creation of content˙ (Wachamean & Happy Ellie brands)
  2. Work as a photographer to create online and offline content
  3. Work closely with Marketing Officer for marketing activities
  4. Collaborate with agencies and external vendors to develop and execute campaigns˙
  5. Conduct market research for trendy designs and customer preferences
  6. Brainstorm and work closely with˙the Marketing and Commercial team˙on the concept and ideas
  7. Prepare creative content for the brands online campaigns, videos, print ads, brand labels, and logos by combining brand standards, color theories, typography, and graphic elements to make visuals compelling and attention-seeking
  8. Design graphics to meet specific promotional and commercial needs like logos, packaging, displays, or imagery for digital and printable products
  9. Create infographics that make complex ideas simpler and more accessible
  10. . Develop the production design and overall layout for advertisements, magazines, banners, products, brochures, etc.
  11. Propose and communicate concepts and designs to the Marketing team before incorporating them into revised designs
  12. . Amend designs based on brand feedback and obtain the Line Managers approval
  13. . Check samples and materials quality from the Procurement team as per the brand guidelines
  14. . Proofread final graphic designs for typos and errors before submission, distribution, and execution
  15. . Upskill to keep up to date with the latest tools and technologies in graphics designing
  16. . Perform other tasks assigned by the Line Manager as and when required
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Bachelor of Arts, BS in Graphics Design, Marketing, and related fields
  2. 1-5 years of experience in Graphics Designing
  3. Proficiency in tools such as Photoshop, Adobe, InDesign, and Illustrator
  4. Aesthetic, creativity, and analytical skills
  5. Ability to give and receive constructive criticism
  6. Ability to work on tight deadlines
  7. Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  8. Energetic and self-starter
