Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the companys website and social media platforms.
  2. Create and manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media advertising, display advertising, and content marketing.
  3. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and trends in the digital marketing landscape.
  4. Analyze key metrics and provide reports on campaign performance, making recommendations for optimization.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams, such as graphic designers and content writers, to create engaging and compelling digital content.
  6. Monitor and manage the companys online reputation and respond to customer reviews and inquiries.
  7. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices, and share insights and recommendations with the team.
  8. Manage and optimize the companys website, ensuring it is user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for search engines.
  9. Track and analyze website traffic and user behavior using web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to identify areas for improvement.
  10. Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to execute digital marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Proven working experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.
  3. Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media advertising, and content marketing.
  4. Experience with web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, and ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  5. Excellent understanding of website design, user experience, and conversion rate optimization.
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically.
  7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  8. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  9. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
  10. Experience in the retail or e-commerce industry is a plus.
