Responsibilities:? Lead the counselling team; ensure the phone calls are answered, advocate the lead calling and dealwith parents if issues arise.? Ensure colleagues have all necessary resources available to them to do the job? Make sure all systems are updated regularly and efficiently.? Ensure working timings are stickily followed and disciplinaries are issued and communicated whenrules are broken. Making sure that company resources and relationships are not abused.? Make sure a handover is preformed when a colleague goes on annual leave and inform the relevantdepartment of the plan.? Perform regular trainings for the counselling team and to ensure the newcomers are trained effectively by going over the training plan.? Monitor and coordinate implementation of the company strategy and policy relating to the admission functions from initial inquiry to application and enrolment, ensuring that it meets the needs of prospective students and partner universities.? Share expertise and guidance for counselling team in complicated student cases; the post is required to counsel their own students in professional manner and act as a role model to other colleagues.? Support during recruitment events by making sure all confirmed attendees have turned up and met the counsellor.? Support the diversification of applications and deposits to partner universities. To make sure that the company is promoting all partners fairly.? Achieve targets for the assigned market.? Ensure office space is in good condition and up to standard ? report any issues to the operationsTeam.? Work in partnership with others, both internally and externally, to develop, promote and evaluate new initiatives and projects, which foster the wellbeing, resilience, and learning skills of our students.?
