Programmers Force is a leading software development company, and we are seeking a talented and motivated Technical Recruiter to join our team. As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top technical talent to meet our growing staffing needs.Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand technical positions and requirements
  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and direct sourcing
  • Conduct technical interviews to assess candidates skills and fit for the role
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing and relationship building
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews and facilitate the hiring process
  • Provide a positive candidate experience and act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruiting process
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and recruitment records
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in technical recruitment
