Job Description

Programmers Force is currently seeking a motivated and skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our customers, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by customers
  • Collaborate with other teams to identify and resolve complex technical problems
  • Document and track customer issues and resolutions in our ticketing system
  • Ensure timely and effective communication with customers to keep them updated on the progress of their support cases
  • Participate in knowledge sharing activities to improve the overall technical expertise of the team
