We are part of BOSCH REXROTH, a leading company in the market segments of Mobile Applications, Machinery Applications and Engineering, and Factory Automation to develop innovative components as well as tailored system solutions and services.BOSCH REXROTH offers to its customers hydraulics, electric drives and controls, gear technology and linear motion, and assembly technology all from one source.We are seeking to hire a dedicated, organized, and efficient˙ Purchasing Coordinator ANAPEC f/m ˙to join our team.˙You will work closely to coordinate and complete positions tasks as follow:

  • Support on purchasing topics (direct and indirect business);
  • Ensure the order confirmations follow up and ensure the ERP update;
  • Ensure the coordination with accounting department for purchasing Topics and follow up supplier payments;
  • Support on logistic Topics;
  • Purchasing documentation Archiving;
  • Archiving delivery notes and purchase invoices.
Qualifications
  • Graduate in Business Studies/Administration;
  • Proactive and enthusiastic;
  • Ability to communicate effectively both internally and externally with high attention to detail;
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS office (word, excel, PowerPoint);
  • Fluent in French and English (speaking and writing).
