Job Description

  • To procure all the spare parts machinery, packing materials, stationary items, raw materials
  • ( cotton) for the textile spinning plant, having 2 units with a capacity of 150,000 spindles & 30,500 rotors.
  • To head & administer the procurement department responsibilities, maintaining all the records of transactions & suppliers.
  • To pre-qualify suppliers & monitor them on performance, maintaining a grading criterea?
  • To visit suppliers occasionally in both domestic & international, markets for developing strong business partnership.
  • ?Work on ERP systems on supply chain management.?
  • Reporting to senior management on performances of suppliers & forecasting on future price trends for better decision making.
  • ?market research & data gathering for various products to reach beneficial purchase decisions.
