1.????????BASIC FUNCTION:??An agent working as distribution channel whereby retail can achieve wider product penetration to wider customers.?2.?WORK PERFORMED & MAJOR DUTIES: a)?????Actively participates in achieving the branch?s overall target in coordination with the branch manager and direct manager.b)?????Sells to customers various Bank products and services such as, different types of interest bearing and non-interest bearing accounts, various types of loans, credit cards, point of sale, etc?c)?????Handles cross selling of other departments? products (e.g. corporate, SMEs, etc?)d)?????Visits/contacts new and existing customers for introducing/marketing new products and services.e)?????Prepares account opening forms and obtains customers signature and appropriate documents in accordance with banks policies and procedures.f)??????Receives standing order instructions from customers, verifies the signature and forwards to relevant Branch?s customer service unit.g)?????Receives credit cards applications from customer along with appropriate documentation, sends them to relevant Branch?s customer service unit.h)?????Receives customer inquiries and complaints and delivers to relevant Branch?s customer service unit.i)???????Assists his direct manager in preparing statistics, market survey, reports, etc. related to the area.j)???????Coordinates with direct manager any product improvement/enhancement.k)?????Identifies market trends, product strength/weakness versus competitors.l)???????Submits daily reports on the achievements performed to line manager for review.m)??Performs any other related duties as assigned.?
