Job Description

DescriptionThe applicant will be responsible for executing the following key operational aspects of INTECH?s O&M Business (in the assigned region/territories) but not limited to:

  • Manage customer relationships, enhancing visibility and resolving operational issues.
  • Coordinate with O&M Management, Regional Sales Directors, CMs, and Leads to achieve O&M goals.
  • Monitor and mitigate risks for business continuity in O&M contracts.
  • Conduct job-related briefings and ensure compliance and site coverage.
  • Lead end-to-end execution of O&M contracts and manage commercial obligations.
  • Handle grievance reporting, feedback, and evaluations for O&M resources.
  • Implement talent acquisition, bench management, and succession planning.
  • Benchmark team competencies, identify training needs, and execute development plans.
  • Ensure HSE compliance across contracts/customers/sites.
  • Develop and execute Nationalization programs aligned with contract/customer KPIs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor?s/Masters Degree in engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 8+ years of work-relevant experience in Automation / Instrumentation / Electrical / DS / Eqv.
  • Experience is providing training (internal/external)
  • Must have Effective Written/Verbal Communication Skills
  • Travel: A commitment of 35-40% is required as per the assignment.
