Responsibilities:1. Develop, implement, and enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies, procedures, and programs specific to the telecommunications industry.2. Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and audits of telecom facilities, equipment, and infrastructure to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.3. Provide HSE training and education to employees, contractors, and subcontractors to promote awareness and understanding of safety protocols and best practices.4. Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and collaborate with stakeholders to identify root causes and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.5. Develop and maintain emergency response plans and procedures for telecom facilities, including coordination with local authorities and emergency services.6. Stay informed about regulatory changes, emerging risks, and technological advancements in the telecom industry, and adapt HSE programs and practices accordingly.8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HSE considerations into telecom infrastructure projects, including site development, installation, and maintenance activities.
