Responsibilities

Assist in Implementing, training, and supporting the Users in ERP system Microsoft D365 and other Microsoft Technologies like CRM, Power BI, and Power Apps
Understands Microsoft best practices for environment configuration and implementation.
Converting business requirements into the most efficient technical models.
Prepare and conduct business process analysis
Prepare and conduct business requirements workshops
Functional design document (FDD) development
Define and evaluate functional and non-functional requirements
Create development design specifications
Set up application, system configurations for, and conduct, Fit Gap Analysis.
Transfer of knowledge among the teams and to end users.
Data Migration from legacy into D365 F&O
Assist in the ERP implementation projects.
Assist in the documentation of the general business processes.
Upload of data into D365 F&O using DMF or Excel.
