Join our affiliate TotalEnergies E&P Qatar in Doha ! The Organic Geochemistry (OG) Project at TRC-Q is tailored to pursue R&D studies relevant for TotalEnergies E&P and its partners in Qatar. The OG team also supports operational activities of TotalEnergies in Qatar and its local partner companies by providing geochemical service studies. Finally, the OG team also builds collaboration with partners and enhance reputation of TotalEnergies.The TRC-Q is equipped with a fully operational organic geochemistry laboratory including several classical state-of-the-art lab instruments.The 2 key Research & development projects of the OG team are Fluid Mapping and Condensate Production Allocation. As a Geochemistry Engineer, you will need to comply with TotalEnergiess HSE policy, when working in the Organic Geochemistry labs at TRC-Q. The key role of the Geochemistry Engineer is to contribute to the R&D projects and services to our stakeholders You will contribute to the planning, execution and reporting on this program and studies. You will contribute, inter alia, to the analysis, interpretation, reporting and development of the Fluid Mapping and Production Allocation methodologies.Your main missions will be:

• Ensure full TRCQ OG lab safety and security
• Contribute to regular maintenance & repair of selected OG lab instruments
• Contribute to the Planning, Execution and reporting of the R&D programs
• Carry-out lab analyses, perform QA&QC and interpretation of OG lab data for fluid mapping project
• Improve the methodology used for fluid mapping
• Provide support to the OG team on production allocation project and other projects.

Le TRC-Q est quip dun laboratoire de gochimie organique entirement oprationnel, comprenant plusieurs instruments de laboratoire classiques la pointe de la technologie. Les 2 principaux projets de Recherche & Dveloppement de lquipe GO sont la caractrisation des proprits physiques des fluides (viscosits, APIs) et lallocation de production de condensats.En tant quIngnieur en gochimie, vous devez vous conformer la politique HSE de TotalEnergies en travaillant dans les laboratoires de gochimie organique du TRC-Q. Votre rle sera de contribuer aux projets de R&D et aux services fournis nos parties prenantes dans le cadre de la gochimie organique. Vous contribuerez la planification, lexcution et llaboration de rapports de ce programme et de ces tudes. Vous contribuerez entre autres lanalyse, linterprtation, llaboration de rapports et au dveloppement des mthodologies concernant les projets de cartographie des fluides et de lallocation de production. Vos missions principales seront :

• Assurer la sret et la scurit compltes du laboratoire TRCQ OG
• Contribuer lentretien et la rparation rguliers des instruments de laboratoire GO slectionns
• Contribuer la planification, lexcution et lcriture de rapports des programmes de R&D
• Effectuer des analyses de laboratoire, effectuer des QA&QC et interprter les donnes de laboratoire GO pour le projet de cartographie des fluides
• Amliorer la mthodologie utilise pour la cartographie des fluides
• Fournir un soutien lquipe GO sur le projet dallocation de production et dautres projets.

Expected qualifications:

• M.Sc. Degree or Engineering Degree in Geology, Chemistry, Geochemistry or Physics.

Technical skills:

• Gas and Liquid chromatography coupling (e.g., GC-FID, GC-FPD, GC-TCD, GPC-UV)
• Spectrometry (e.g., MS)
• Spectroscopy (e.g., IR, UV)
• Knowledge of Statistics

Computing skills:

• Knowledge of Pack Office

Languages:

• English: level C1
• French: level C1

Formation recherche :

• Master ou diplme dIngnieur en Chimie, Gochimie, Physique ou Gologie

Comptences techniques :
