Key Responsibilities:Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure high satisfaction.Provide insights and information on product features based on customers’ needs.Achieve both monthly and annual sales targets.Cultivate lasting relationships with customers using our client book.Support in-store visual merchandising and maintenance of display standards.Stay informed about our promotions and advertising campaigns.Participate actively in store meetings and training sessions.Manage and expand client relationships, including acquiring new clients.Candidate Profile:Holds a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration.Has at least 2 years of experience in retail, preferably in the luxury sectorExhibits excellent grooming and communication skills.Demonstrates a strong passion for fashion and luxury goods.Provides outstanding customer service skills.Able to manage time efficiently in a dynamic environment.Physically capable of standing for long periods.Flexible to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.Complies with all company policies and standards.
