Job Description

Develop sales for Project Team to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues for projects team for the electrical products: Switches & Switchgears, Lighting & Fixtures, Cables & Accessories etc..

  • Generate sales and empower business of projects team.
  • Maximize sales potential with existing and potential customers.
  • Introduce new customers to our data base.
  • Contribute to relationship management with Consultants, developers and End users for the sake of adding our products to their PVL.
  • Plan yearly sales Targets of projects team and set adequate implementation plan in order to achieve or exceed the targeted growth.
  • Support sales in closing deals, negotiate with suppliers and ensure proper costing.
  • Track achievements & sales figures monthly and Forecast annual and quarterly sales revenue for projects team
  • Monitor achievements and evaluate performance of the entire team, aiming to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Plan and Control inventory & Monitor payment collection and eliminate bad debts for projects team.
  • Achieve individual sales& gross margin targets set by Section head& EIM management
  • Generate / receive inquiries proposing suitable products.
  • Respond to client/contractor/consultant by clarifying queries, and introducing appropriate products, which meet the client?s requirement.
  • Follow up material submittals ensuring that they are in compliance with specifications.
  • Attend technical meetings with contractors, consultants and end users.
  • Approach consultants, developers and end user in order to add Mannai?s electrical products to their PVLs.
  • Support contractors in resolving technical issues during project execution.
  • Attend and solving customer complaints.
  • Study about future projects in the utilities and make forecast for the company accordingly.
