Qualification :•Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Masters degree preferred.•ITIL Foundation certification required; ITIL Intermediate or Expert certification preferred.•Proven experience in service transition management, with at least 10 years in a similar role.•Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.•In-depth knowledge of IT service management processes, including change management, release and deployment management, and configuration management.•Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or SMAX.•Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies is a plus.•Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement and quality assurance.•Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.📍 Location : Qatar
