Agricultural Site SupervisorJob Location: RiyadhResponsibilities:? Lead and supervise daily activities on agricultural sites, coordinating with farm workers and labor teams.? Implement and enforce safety protocols and best practices to maintain a safe working environment for all staff.? Collaborate with farm managers to ensure timely and accurate execution of planting, irrigation, fertilization, and harvesting.? Monitor and maintain irrigation systems, ensuring proper water distribution and resource utilization.? Oversee pest and disease management strategies, implementing appropriate control measures.? Ensure the proper use and maintenance of farm equipment, machinery, and tools.? Manage workforce allocation, assigning tasks, and ensuring efficient utilization of labor.? Conduct regular inspections of crops, identifying issues or anomalies and taking corrective actions.? Collaborate with agronomists and researchers to implement experimental trials and gather data.? Maintain accurate records of operations, including crop yields, labor hours, and equipment usage.? Train and mentor farm workers on agricultural practices, safety procedures, and best practices.? Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources required for farm operations.? Participate in the planning and execution of agricultural projects, contributing insights and expertise.Requirements:? High school diploma or equivalent. Associates or Bachelors degree in Agriculture is a plus.? Proven experience in agricultural operations and site supervision.? Solid knowledge of agricultural practices, machinery, and equipment.? Strong leadership and team management skills.? Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.? Problem-solving mindset and ability to make informed decisions.?
