Job Description

To manage˙and operate all buisness operations at Saudi Arabia for˙the white collar requirements at different projects. To search and make new business opportunities associating with Qatar office and to fulfill it.

  1. Coordinate the business activities as per the direction from Qatar Office.
  2. Conducting research and analysing data to identify the sales leads.
  3. Make cold calls for new business leads.
  4. Build the contacts with the new clients through Telephone & Email and seek for the primary appointment.
  5. Send resume of candidates to the clients and take feedbacks.
  6. Request the Interview schedules and coordinate with concerned recruiter to arrange.
  7. Send the Interview confirmations to the client via email and confirm the availbility of the candidate before the interview.
  8. Coordinate with Clients to identify future Recruitment/Placement opportunities.
  9. Manage a portfolio of clients and maintain good relationships with them.
  10. Keep prospective client database updated as per company CRM.
  11. Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers.
  12. Researching organisations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential markets.
  13. Researching the needs of different companies/projects and learning who makes decisions about opportunities.
  14. Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
  15. Developing quotes and proposals.
  16. Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person.
  17. Frequently meeting clients to submit and receive˙the business transactions.
  18. Facilitate the computers and other work related equipments to the outsourcing staff at the client premises.
