Job Description

Provides Sales Support, Product Knowledge, field sales management, and support to product specialists in ensuring proper delivery of technical information.Role and Responsibilities:

  • Consistently exceed sales quota for territory
  • Submit timely and accurate quarterly sales forecasts
  • Increase sales in current accounts by selling deep (within specialties) and broad (with new specialties)
  • Maintain and update customer information and activity in CRM
  • Establish new TART accounts
  • Become technically and clinically proficient in all TART products and target procedures
  • Perform product demonstrations, installations, and application support
  • Improve product knowledge and sales techniques
  • Contact and qualify potential customers at hospitals, clinics, doctors offices
  • Arrange appointments with doctors and hospital medical teams
  • Build relationships with medical staff and decision-makers
  • Travel throughout assigned territory to call on regular and prospective customers to solicit orders
  • Provide competitive information such as bid situations, pricing data, or bundling arrangements in order to establish negotiated pricing contracts for assigned products
  • Research competitors and understand competitive products, features, and strengths in relation to TART products
  • Gather, analyze, and deliver information from the field to allow the Company to develop strategies and products
  • Coordinate all issues with key clients between sales, service, support, customer services, marketing and finance
  • Estimate time and date of deliveries
  • Help in the installation and set-up of equipment
  • Monitor and control demo inventory effectively
  • Complete cycle counts on time and follow up on any missing stock
  • Coordinate execution of clearance and customs processes
