? Budget & Cost Control? Optimize crew pairings and crew rosters among full-time crew members ? Control the roster block hour variance among full-time available crew ? Generate statistics (dashboard components) to assist in data driven decisions, e.g., crew layover budgeted costs vs. generated crew pairings relative to final network flight schedule ?
