The QEMMAT AL-SAMA?A TRADING Co. textile trading company in Saudi Arabia.Our company; which has many years of leading experience in the import and export of international tent, tarpaulin and awning fabrics supplies internationally famous and high-quality brand textile fabrics. It also provides the export of foodstuffs such as coffee and tea.We are looking to hire an executive secretary with exceptional administrative and clerical skills. Executive secretaries are expected to multi-task and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. To ensure success, executive secretaries should be organized, have superb research skills and must be exceptional communicators with a keen interest in providing reliable and accurate support to executives and management while working with confidential information. Top candidates will possess incredible problem solving and office coordination skills, and exhibit excellent time management.Job Summary:˙The Executive Secretary will provide high-level administrative support to the Executive Director and other senior staff.˙˙Duties/Responsibilities:? Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the Executive Director and/or other assigned leadership staff.? Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents for senior staff.? Arranges travel and accommodations for executives.? Schedules and attends meetings on behalf of executives, taking notes and recording minutes.? Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)? Receives incoming communication or memos on behalf of senior staff, reviews contents, determines importance, and summarizes and/or distributes contents to appropriate staff.? Performs office tasks including maintaining records, ordering supplies, and performing basic bookkeeping.? Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned? Performs additional duties as assigned by executives.? Performs other related duties as assigned.Required Skills/Abilities:? Discrete & trust worthy.? Flexible, adaptable & diplomatic.? Candidates living in Al-Dammam ; Riyadh ; Jeddah .Supervisory Responsibilities:? May recruit, interview, hire, and train junior administrative staff in the department.Education and Experience:? High school diploma required; Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.? At least two years of related experience required.Physical Requirements:? Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.? Presentable professional appearance.
