Finance Accounts AssistantJob Location : RiyadhDescription :? Handling the petty cash function including but not limited to posting and verifying the bills, verifying authorization etc. before disbursement of funds.? Receiving job bags from coordinators and maintains and updates job bag register.? Update NR List (Not received job bag) and submit the weekly report to the management.? Follow up with coordinators for non-received job bags and push them/sales team for weekly invoicing of sales.? Raise invoices (weekly, monthly basis) for clients and arranging delivery of the same to the customers.? Resolve client queries in relations to invoices if any.? Receive acknowledgement of invoices and file the same.? Generating statement of Accounts (SOA) for all clients on monthly basis and follow up for payments.? Submit aging analysis and receivable reports to management on weekly basis.? Work along with sales team for clearing long standing receivables.? Maintain the IOU list and follow up with staff for bills for clearing the same.? Checking &verifying overtime sheet for BOP, BEX staff submitted by HR before submitting it to the Chief Accountant for salary payments.? Preparing management & staff mobile consumption report and verifying the same against DU/Etisalat bills.? Ensure cooperation within the team.? Ensure interdepartmental cooperation by proactively identifying problem and finding solutions for the same in coordination with your line manager.? Adhering to company?s policies and procedures, rules and regulations.? Carrying out any additional task as and when assigned by the line manager/managerRequirements :?B.Com or equivalent?2-4 yrs. of experience as an accountant?
