Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Operations Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, with a strong background in managing operations. As the Food and Beverage Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our food and beverage operations, including managing staff, ensuring high-quality service, and maximizing profitability. This is a leadership role that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:

  1. Manage all aspects of our food and beverage operations, including hiring and training staff, setting performance goals, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to maximize profitability, improve customer satisfaction, and increase sales.
  3. Monitor and analyze sales data, financial reports, and industry trends to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate changes.
  4. Ensure that all food and beverage products meet quality and safety standards, and comply with relevant health and safety regulations.
  5. Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and update menus, and ensure that all food and beverage offerings are innovative, appealing, and meet customer preferences.
  6. Manage relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts to ensure the best possible pricing and terms.
  7. Oversee inventory management, including monitoring stock levels, conducting regular audits, and implementing cost-saving measures.
  8. Maintain a high level of customer service by promptly addressing customer complaints and resolving any issues that may arise.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and implement best practices to ensure that our food and beverage operations remain competitive.
  10. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to develop and implement promotions and special events to drive customer traffic and increase revenue.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  2. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff to deliver exceptional service.
  3. Proven track record of maximizing profitability and achieving financial targets.
  4. Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management, cost control, and quality assurance.
  5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, staff, and suppliers.
  6. Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Highly organized, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and food and beverage management software.
