This pivotal role is central to the company?s mission of advancing the aviation sector, emphasizing innovative solutions and operational excellence.The Head of Programmes will be entrusted with the overarching responsibility of managing a portfolio of aviation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. This individual will play a key role in strategic planning, project execution, and team leadership, setting the direction for future aviation initiatives.Responsibilities:- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex aviation projects, from initial conception through to completion.- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives align with the company?s strategic goals and compliance requirements.- Manage stakeholder relationships, effectively communicating project progress, challenges, and outcomes to ensure transparency and alignment.- Drive continuous improvement in project management practices, adopting the latest methodologies and technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.- Foster a culture of excellence and innovation within the programmes team, mentoring and developing talent to build a strong pipeline of future leaders.Requirements:- Proven experience in a senior programme management role within the aviation or aerospace industry, with a track record of successfully delivered projects.- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team of professionals.- Excellent strategic planning and execution capabilities, with a keen attention to detail.- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships across all levels of the organization and with external partners.- A degree in Aviation Management, Aerospace Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
