The role will be based in the Middle East with a core focus on the GCC region to broker deals with potential franchisees to expand our portfolio of brands. You will have a portfolio of over 65 exceptional luxury restaurants, bars, cafes and food halls, and work across exciting international projects, helping to deliver growth for our brand owners and partners.As the world?s leading hospitality agency, offering an outstanding 360 degree service to our clients, we are constantly striving to be the best and lead the sector in F&B and hospitality consultancy. We need a driven and passionate Franchise Sales Manager to join our fun and dynamic team and have a direct contribution and role in expanding some of the world?s leading brands.Some of the tasks that you will be directly involved in:˙

  • Responsible for franchisee acquisition and expansion strategies for growing franchise outlets, new franchise territory sales and revenues to deliver against company targets
  • Prospect and Identify franchise opportunities to achieve growth and a large pipeline of qualified sales leads
  • Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects
  • Makes initial qualifying calls to all in-bound leads as assigned
  • Manage data for all prospects within CRM, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting relationships between the parties involved
  • Work as an interface between brand and investors for increasing closure probability and leading to signing of agreement
  • Manage the draft of commercial franchising agreements, and onboarding
  • Participate in P&L goal setting to deliver budgeted revenue, EBITDA and growth targets
  • Work with our Country Managers to help shape the strategic direction for franchising and licensing within the company
  • Identifies, creates urgency and builds rapport with decision makers
  • Work with marketing team to develop sales messaging that most effectively conveys our value proposition
  • Ability to effectively teach, communicate purpose and react to client objections
  • Incorporate our brand, mission statement and values throughout a managed selling process
  • Identify relevant industry events and attend to promote us and our brands and services as required˙
