Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including duty-free shops, airports, airlines, and cruise lines.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Set the appropriate product assortments, product mix for respective retailers.
  • Negotiate agreements, contracts, and pricing terms.
  • Monitor sales performance (SO/SI) and track key metrics to evaluate account performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and monitor forecasts and follow up orders with buyers.
  • Build sell in and expense budget and carefully Manage P&L per region.
  • Formulate promotion strategies and action plans to maintain strong relationship with travel retailers through good communications & visibility.
  • Ensure the image adheres to brand guidelines and monitor the merchandising, assortments and planograms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies that align with company objectives and customer needs.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity.
