- Lead Specialist, PMO & Cash Generation I (220000BQ)Lead Specialist, PMO & Cash Generation I - ( 220000BQ )Responsibilities• Oversee the development of Ma’aden’ s strategy for TRI • Standardize processes, methodologies, project management practices and tools across the portfolio • Develop, monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the TRI portfolio and associated programs • Conduct financial analysis (NPV, IRR, Payback, ROI, DCF etc.) on TRI portfolio of projects • Optimize the TRI Portfolio by prioritizing projects in terms of maturity – mature vs emerging • Ensure the TRI initiatives undertaken within the portfolio are aligned to the near- and long-term business objective • Manage centralized view of all the portfolio, programs and projects running across the organization • Monitor, track and report on the TRI portfolio, programs and projects • Periodically audit the portfolio, programs and projects to check for compliance for standard practices • Measures internal and external success metrics for each initiative and prepare reports on a regular basis • Define and refresh TRI targets, KPIs, and themes based on strategic needs • Sustaining the change on an ongoing basis through communication, consultation, and representation of the stakeholders; conduct sense-making activities, and measuring benefits realization • Prepare the annual TRI business plan and budget; ensure compliance with legal standards. Manage the budget from start to end for the year • Ensure risks and issues are managed with a risk management plan • Guide initiative leaders on the Project Management principles (initiative charter, status tracking report, benefits valuation methods, stakeholder management plan, implementation plan, stage gate review, etc.) whenever required. Leadership • Strategic alignment between business objectives and the projects initiated • Provide mentoring and coaching to the program managers, project managers and staff of the PMOs operating at different levels in the organization • Act as a leader who brings around change and innovation • Vision and mission that aligns well and supports the organization business goals and overall long-term strategy • Define key success indicators needed for strategic and operational alignment • To be able to communicate effectively with a broad spectrum of people at different levels within an organization and externally • Adhering to both Maaden values and ethical practices in general • Provide excellent problem-solving skills and be resourceful and creative in general approach to problems Relationships • Effective communication and relations with peers, senior leadership, and all Maaden functions • Work with parallel streams like Corporate Strategy, Business Planning and Budgeting etc. and develop TRI strategic KPIs and Business Plans • Conducts regular meetings with stakeholders and internal project team members to review program plan progress, deliverables, action items, ensuring proper communication on program status • Establish deliberate stakeholder relations (internal and external) aimed at delivering predefined program objectives • Establish internal and external functional networks that directly benefit the whole function and contribute to the delivery of results • Keep a pulse and regularly assess organizational progress through regular engagement with leaders • Demonstrate leadership skills for the team and model effective leadershipExperience & Qualifications* 8+ years of experience with minimum of five (5) years in Portfolio/Program/Project Management * Master’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or Science or equivalentWork Locations: Corporate Riyadh (HQ) Riyadh Exit 6 Abo Baker Assiddiq Rd (South) 11537
