This is an exciting opportunity for a transactional corporate lawyer with a least 3-5 PQE to join an established in-house legal team, this role will be working on a variety of cross border transactions, partnerships and projects.Client DetailsThe client is a leading Media conglomerate based in Saudi Arabia working towards Vision 2030.DescriptionOversee legal transactions across different regions to ensure UAE/KSA law compliance.Participate in international cross-border M&A, joint ventures, and commercial affairs.Supervise legal due diligence and the creation of initial deal documents.Manage business acquisitions and disposals on local and global scales.Provide guidance on regulatory and compliance matters.Handle content licensing and a range of contracts.Work closely with different teams and keep litigation reports updated.Profile3-5 years PQEBachelors Degree in Law from a reputable university along with Bar Admission.Experience with transactional corporate matters; M&A and Joint Venture deals.Successful track record of negotiating and drafting media and commercial transactions, such as licensing agreementsPrevious industry knowledge/experience in media, content, entertainment, technology is desiredBilingual Arabia/English language skills are advantageousJob OfferCompetitive tax-free salary, relocation and benefits package.
