Job Description

  • Managing Client orders
  • Reviewing and proof reading Shipping Documents; Invoice, packing list and Delivery note
  • Knowledge in Saber Certification
  • Knows how to manage Batha Clearance
  • Familiar on the HS code and COO
  • Coordination with the Freight Forwarders, Drivers, Suppliers and Clients
  • Knows how to ship the goods with the courier, freight forwarders, etc..
  • Knowledge in the Inventory and Inventory Software such as odoo or Zoho
  • Managing clerical or admin tasks like follow up payments, documents proof reading, etc..
